✏️ Can the wording be changed to my own text?
Yes! Use the ‘Add your personalisation’ box to include your own custom text along with the names of the cats and cat design numbers - all of the wording on the card can be changed to whatever you'd like.

🐾 Want a card to match your own pet?
In addition to a wide range of pre-illustrated dog and cat breeds, we also offer fully custom artwork based on photos of pets! If you'd like a personalised drawing to match a particular pet's unique look, please message us before placing your order. If you send some photos of the pet, Kate will discuss the customisation details with you. All artwork is hand-drawn by Kate.

💌 Sending Direct to Recipient
If you’d like us to send the card directly to the recipient, just let us know by leaving a note at checkout or sending us a message - we'll happily seal the envelope so it’s ready to be opened for you!

📝*Message Inside the Card
Cards are blank inside by default, but we’re happy to print a personalised message at no extra cost. Just label your message as ‘Inside:’ and include it in the personalisation box along with any other details.

🚚 Delivery Information
We dispatch all cards within 1 - 2 working days.

🇬🇧 Standard delivery is via Royal Mail Second Class (untracked), which usually arrives within 2 - 4 working days, though on rare occasions it may take up to 10 working days.
If you need your order sooner, faster shipping options are available at checkout.

🌍 For international deliveries outside of the UK (US, Australia, etc), it takes between 5-10 working days to ship in most cases, but may take several weeks longer dependent on customs - standard delivery does not include tracking, please upgrade to add tracking at checkout.
