📦 My package says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.

Once a package is marked as in transit, it has been handed over to the shipping company. Since I am not the shipping carrier, I unfortunately do not have access to any additional tracking details beyond what you see, and I’m unable to retrieve or redirect packages once they are in transit. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you're unable to locate your package, I recommend contacting your local post office directly. They can often see GPS delivery scans and and help file a Missing Mail search or claim. Most “delivered” packages turn up within 1-3 days. However, if the carrier confirms the package is officially lost, please send me your finalized claim documentation from them and I’ll happily work with you on the next steps.

🔁 Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Each item is professionally made to order to reduce waste and ensure environmental efficiency. Because I do not keep extra inventory on hand, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges. Orders begin processing shortly after purchase, so cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos and I’ll gladly make it right.

🚚 My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?

Tracking can sometimes take 24–72 hours to update after shipment. If it’s been more than 5 business days with no updates, please message me and I’ll gladly look into it for you.

📬 When will my order ship?

All items are made to order and typically require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Once shipped, estimated delivery to the United States is 5–7 business days. International shipping times can vary. Once you enter your shipping address, the estimated arrival window shown by Etsy at checkout is the most accurate timeframe. Please note delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. At this time, expedited shipping options are not available.

📏 Sticker Sizing & Individual Stickers

Each sticker sheet measures 5.8" × 8.3". At this time, I offer curated sticker sheets only and do not print or sell individual stickers separately. Individual sticker sizes vary by design and are proportionally scaled to fit the full sheet layout. For example, a sticker that appears about ¼ the width of the sheet would measure approximately 1.5" wide. Please reference listing photos for the most accurate visual size representation.

🎨 Do you offer single-sheet custom designs?

Custom designs are not available for single-sheet orders. My shop focuses on curated sheet layouts designed for scrapbooking and journaling. However, I’m always happy to hear ideas or suggestions for future sticker sheets! While I can’t guarantee a design will be made, feel free to send me a message. Yes! I offer discounted bulk pricing for events, junk journal clubs, weddings, and more. Existing designs qualify for volume discounts. For fully custom sheets, a creation fee applies to cover design time. You can choose the stickers included and even customize the background. I’ll provide mockups for approval before printing.
