USA CUSTOMERS ONLY:
Orders to the USA are shipped by courier and have tracking. You do not have to pay extra for tracking. When we dispatch your order you will receive a shipping notification from Etsy with an estimated delivery date and a tracking number.

CUSTOMERS IN IRELAND:
We now send orders to Ireland with Evri which is why we have to charge a bit extra for postage, to help cover the cost.

CUSTOMERS TO OTHER COUNTRIES:
We send our orders with Royal Mail on their Standard International Post service, which does not have tracking so we are unable to find out where an order is during its journey.
If you would like tracking, please choose the option when checking out. There is an average estimated delivery shown when orders are dispatched, but sometimes there are delays, especially at customs which means that some orders can be delayed for up to 10 days after the estimated date. If you don't receive your order in time, please feel free to let us know, but be aware that we are unable to either find out what happened to your order, or to take any action until the time has passed. Only then would we be able to contact Royal Mail for them to open an investigation into the delayed/missing items. Thank you for your patience and understanding.


NOTE FOR EU CUSTOMERS:
Please note that when you make a purchase from us on Etsy, you pay all customs duties and taxes at the shopping cart when you pay for the product. You should not have to pay anything to the customs or post office of your country. There is a small circle on the packet that has the sign 'IOSS'. This informs the customs that you have already paid. If they ask you to pay, you can challenge the payment and inform them that you have already paid, and ask them why you they want you to pay again. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any extra charges paid.

Sometimes the roller ball in the bottle may be a little stiff the first time you use it - if you take the lid off the bottle, turn the bottle upside and down and knock it on a hard surface, this should start the ball rolling.
