What’s your current turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time during the off-season is typically 1–2 weeks or less. However, during our peak season (September through October) for Halloween and holidays, our processing time is 2–4 weeks, and can extend to 5 weeks due to high order volume. Please check the individual listing for the most accurate timeline and plan ahead if ordering for a specific event.

Can I get my costume in time for Halloween?

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes! While most of our costumes and accessories ship via USPS Ground Advantage by default, we offer both USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail as upgrade options. Here is a full-length (to the floor) black satin witch cape fully lined with Oz green ribbon ties created to go with our Wicked Witch costume for Women.

This cape is volumous and substantial giving your witch costume that super authentic feel.. as it billows around you and drags behind your feet. It really does complete that classic Wicked Witch of the West look and was designed to mimic the original look of the bad witch in the classic Wizard of Oz film!

*Note lining and ribbon ties can be changed color to all black or purple too. Please specify at checkout!
