Custom and personalised orders

We do not accept custom orders at this time as we need the actual device in hand to create the needed cut files and ensure proper fit before sales.

Our kits are model specific like car parts and only fit the exact model for which they are listed. We do not go by size or dimensions, we go by exact device model.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not offer gift wrap. All orders are shipped in a 15X13X1 inch cardboard shipping envelope.

Wholesale availability

We do not offer wholesale through here, you will need to contact our wholesale department directly yourself. Minimum order quantity is 35 kits.

What if I ordered the wrong model kit?

If you ordered the wrong model, please message us and we may be able to swap for the correct model if we carry it. Otherwise, we gladly accept all returns for a full refund.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Unfortunately, sometimes USPS does not take care and an order will be damaged or destroyed in transit. If this occurs please message us with an image of the package and item, and we will gladly replace or refund the item. Please note, we do need an image, as we use this to file a claim for your USPS order.

Will this fit .... model even though its not listed for it?

No. Our kits are model specific like car parts. If the listed model does not match your device model exactly, it is NOT compatible kit and will not properly fit. Please make sure your model matches the listed model exactly down to the generation (G), examples of model numbers are (ie: A1284, Latitude E74440, Latitude 3400, EliteBook 840 G3, ThinkPad T450, etc.)

I ordered multiple kits but only one is cut...

When you order more than 1 of the exact same model, regardless of color choices, we only pull one kit as an example. All kits are cut, but only one kit is pulled as this keeps our attention to each order fair amongst our customers. It would be unfair to spend half the day pulling a 100 piece order and ignoring our other customers orders. We try to keep everything fair, high quality, and consistent.

DO NOT USE FREIGHT FORWARDERS

We highly discourage the use of freight forwarding companies as we are NOT responsible for the loss or damage of your order if used. We understand they are a cheap option, but they are cheap for a reason. All orders with a freight forwarding company as the delivery address will be shipped with signature tracking, once signed for at the provided address, the order will be considered complete. Do not contact us if you use this option and your order does not arrive, CONTACT THE FREIGHT COMPANY YOU USED. At the time of signature, and therefore acceptance of the order it is fully completed.

ALL KITS ARE MODEL SPECIFIC, LIKE CAR PARTS, AND ONLY FIT THE EXACT MODEL FOR WHICH THEY ARE LISTED AND NOTHING ELSE.
