Digitaldoodlebug is not taking custom orders at this time. A limited amount of orders personalized with a name and/or date are being done. I reserve the right to automatically cancel an order if requests for changes are made without prior approval. Some changes may incur an extra fee.

When will my order arrive?

Add processing time + shipping time for an estimate. Refunds are not given for mail delays and they are treated as a return if eligible. ----- PROCESSING TIME ----- Making and packing your order 1-3 business days on most items. Business days are Monday-Friday and don't include federal holidays. ----- SHIPPING TIMES ----- These are in ~ADDITION~ to processing time. - Orders in the 48 States. Shipping is taking 4-10 days for Ground Advantage by USPS, it can take longer. If you need it in less than 2 weeks shipping upgrades via UPS are recommended. - AK and HI can take 2-4 WEEKS for Ground Advantage weighing 1 pound or more.

What's your return policy?

--- Stock Items --- Returns are accepted within 30 days for non personalized items like stickers or stock items. --- Personalized & Bags ---- Personalized orders are not eligible for returns. If it has information provided by you such as names/date it cannot be returned. Bags cannot be returned as they are food contact items.

Do I have to sign for my order?

Signature is added to orders over $200 to make sure it arrives to you safely.

My order isn't here yet. Can you reship express or refund?

Oh no! The mail sometimes experiences delays which is disappointing for everyone. We work hard to ship your order out fast and replacements are not given for orders shipped on time that experience mail delays. Mail can be delayed depending on various circumstances; weather, busy times of year, or USPS mistakes. Orders that arrive past the needed date will be treated as a return if eligible.
