When do you ship out your orders?

Orders are generally shipped out within 7 business days from the order date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number after your order has been shipped.

Why do orders require a phone number?

A contact telephone number of the recipient is required by my courier to provide the delivery service. It also helps to reduce issues due to inability to collect the package! Please note I do not retain your phone number on file - it is only used for shipping purposes.

How does shipping cost for stickers work?

Shipping for stickers are flat rate (price will remain the same regardless of how many stickers or sheets are purchased).

Why did my order get cancelled?!

If in the case that a shipping address is incorrect or unverifiable, the order will be cancelled at my discretion, provided that numerous attempts at contacting you have been made to correct and confirm the address.

How does the US-Canada tariff situation affect your shop?

For those residing in the US, your shipment will unfortunately be affected by the ongoing tariff changes between US and Canada. With the recent changes regarding shipping to the US, tariffs will now be PREPAID and included in the shipping cost for US orders (DDP). By prepaying these charges, this will help expedite the shipping process so that orders will not be stuck at the border or risk being returned due to unpaid fees. US orders will continue to be shipped via USPS.
