Product ordering process.

1. Choose the style we give you or write your personalization (text, design style, font and special instructions) under the personalization box on the listing. You can also send your design (high resolution .jpeg or .png) via Etsy message.
2. After we receive your personalized design, we will send you a design mock-up that can be modified according to your requirements, and we will create it only after you confirm it.
3. After the design mock-up is approved, we will produce and ship within 3-5 business days (except weekends).
