Will my personalization be printed exactly as entered?

Yes. Names, dates, messages, titles, and other personalized details are printed exactly as entered at checkout. Please review spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and dates carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake after ordering, message me as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before production begins.

Can you create custom designs not shown in your listings?

Yes, I can create custom designs for many products. Please message me before ordering with the details you have in mind, such as the wording, name, date, theme, photo, color direction, occasion, or product style. For custom orders, I will create a custom listing for the product and send a proof for your review before production begins. Production will begin after the proof is approved.

Can I send this directly as a gift?

Yes, you can ship the order directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout. Please make sure the shipping address is correct before placing the order. Gift wrapping is not currently available unless stated in the listing. Gift messages are not currently included inside the package.

Why might colors look slightly different in person?

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, and the material used for the item. I do my best to show each design clearly and accurately in the listing photos, but slight color variations can happen with printed, acrylic, LED, jewelry, and personalized products.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges on personalized items?

Because personalized items are made specifically for each customer, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on my part, please message me with your order number and clear photos of the issue, including the product and packaging if applicable. I will review the situation and help with a replacement or another appropriate solution.
