Do you do custom designs?

The only custom files I do are small changes to the files in my shop.

Can I sell things I make with these designs?

Yes, all my files come with a commercial use license which means you can make and sell physical products (made by you) with my designs. You cannot sell, give them away or use them as part of another digital product for sale. If you would like to use them to make screen print transfers you will need an extended license. And if you would like to use them on any print on demand or production partner websites (such as Zazzle, Printify, Printful, and Amanzon Merch and others like it) you will need to purchase the POD add on extended license. Add on licenses can be found in the license section of my shop.

How do I unzip the zipped folder?

How to unzip a file: On a PC -right click on file -click extract all -choose the location you would like to files to be placed -click extract the files are now ready to use. On a MAC -double click to unzip On a mobile device - if you are on an iphone or ipad and have the latest IOS update, you can unzip the file in the files app with the blue folder icon, by clicking on the zip folder. - if you don't have the updated IOS, you can install and use the izip app for free from the app store.

When are you available to help?

Message me anytime if you need assistance. I will get back to you as soon as possible. I usually get back to you within an hour. But since I am a mom and have a family to care for I can't always respond immediately. But I promise to always message you back within 24 hours.

Why is the file not opening when I click on it?

If the file is zipped, you must first unzip the file before opening it in your program. And be sure you open the file within your program.

How do I get to my download?

There are two places you can download your digital file. 1. you should have received an email from Etsy with a link to your download. Be sure you are signed into Etsy before you click the link. 2. Click on your profile at the top of Etsy and in the drop down menu click "purchases and reviews". You can find all your previous purchases there and all digital downloads will have a download button next to them. (Please note: you cannot download from the Etsy mobile app, you must use a web browser).

I'm having trouble downloading my file

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again. If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact me through Etsy Messages for further assistance.
