Our rebozos are in high quality and are made from cotton. There are no machines or factories in our process of creating. Every piece is made by hands of native people from communities in Oaxaca, Mexico.

Rebozos which we offer were made by a family of Hernández and Martinéz. For now I am working with 7 other people who make the rebozos. We are using treadle loom (telar de pedal in Spanish). You can see the process of elaboration on my Instagram (la.apapacha).

By buying our rebozos you are directly supporting communities in Oaxaca. You dont just buy a product, but you are participating in improvement of lives of natives in Oaxaca.

LENGTH
The price is determined based on the additional centimeters, with a unit price of 10 MXN per 10 cm of rebozo. The standard length is 190 cm. The width of the rebozo cannot be altered. Our rebozos come in a standard width that is fixed.

PRIMARY COLOR
Rebozo is made by first putting thread on the pedal loom in the color we want the base (and fringe) to be. It's usually white or black. From each thread that we put on the pedal loom as a base, we make 50 rebozos. It is possible to put any color as a base you wish, but when ordering minimum 50 rebozos.

SECONDARY COLOR
Ask me about the secondary color in which you would like to have your rebozo.

By following these care instructions, you can ensure that your rebozo remains beautiful and in good condition for a long time.

It is best to wash it by hand in cold or lukewarm water. Use a mild detergent or soap. Do not use bleach or any harsh chemicals, as they can damage the fabric and colors. After washing, lay the rebozo flat on a clean towel and gently roll it up to absorb excess water. Then, hang it to air dry in a shaded area to prevent fading and shrinking. Avoid drying the rebozo in direct sunlight, as it may cause the colors to fade over time. If necessary, you can iron the rebozo on a low or delicate setting. Place a thin cloth or a pressing cloth between the iron and the fabric to protect it.

We provide gift wrapping services for your convenience. When placing your order, you'll have the option to select gift wrapping for your items. There is a additional fee for gift wrapping. The cost will be displayed during the checkout process. Our gift wrapping service includes high-quality wrapping paper and a gift tag where you can include a personalized message of your choice. This will add a personal touch to your gift and make it even more special. We include a gift receipt without the prices and exclude the invoice from the package if you intend to send the gift directly to the recipient.

We provide the opportunity for bulk purchases on all the types of rebozo. Buying in larger quantities can lead to significant cost savings. When you buy products in bulk, you are entitled to a percentage off the regular price. The percentage discount will be based on the quantity of items you purchase.

We offer packages of 7 and 10 rebozos, if you would like to order more pieces, please let me know in message. You can mix your package with any type of rebozos we offer. You have the option to choose from a wide range of rebozos, whether it's different colors, patterns, or lengths. You can select the ones that best suit your needs

I love the rebozo. It is well made and will be loved here. Give yourself plenty of time for shipping. It took about after notification to reach my home in the US.
