Vintage Flora Kung New York sexy tunic top in deep black velvet, perfect for a party/event. From the 80s, made in Korea of 18% silk and 82% rayon. Lovely open slit in back. Draping and ruching in the front. Side zipper and 2 covered buttons at the back of the neck.

Bust is 36 inches, waist is 29 inches, hips are 34 inches.
Sleeve is 23-1/2 inches long.
Shoulder seam to seam is 15-1/2 inches and shoulder pads push out 1 inch from the shoulder seam.
Length is 30 inches at the longer side and 19 at the shorter side.

Great condition. (just a shadow on the label)

Please forgive the light glare in the closeups of the ruching. Hard to photograph them, so I also had to lighten the photos so you can see them.
