All pieces of jewelry I list have been cleaned. I use a sonic cleaner. The thought of buying a piece of jewelry and receiving it in dirty condition is inexcusable to me.

All sterling post earrings have new push backs in sterling. All plated whether it's gold tone or silver tone gets new push backs unless they are marked to match the earrings, for example Monet will mark their push backs. If the originals are with the earrings they are ran through the sonic cleaner and scrubbed if need be.

I do my best to list the best pieces. If there is a flaw I will mention it in the description and take a photo of it. So be sure to read the descriptions!
