Custom and personalized orders

Some of our listings are customizable and will require information to be provided to ensure we send you exactly what you are wanting. Once your order has been submitted, we will confirm the order with you prior to fulfilling it!

PLEASE, please, please take a look at the size charts provided for each listing to make sure you are selecting the correct size for the fit you want. Many of our listings are "unisex fit" sizing....which are true men's sizes, but women should consider purchasing one to two sizes smaller. Also please note: our TULTEX 213 style shirt, is a women's slim cut fit, and has been altered!!! The neckline, sleeve and bottom seams have been cut to expose the raw edge and have all been washed. Many are also tie dyed. The size chart in each listing is the true size once the shirt has been altered and washed.

Each listing has a page provided with care instructions, and an instruction card is also provided with each order. But to get the longest lifespan out of every shirt you buy, it is best to turn the garment inside out, and wash with similar colors in cold water. Hang dry or dry on low heat. Do NOT bleach, and DO NOT iron on the design itself! Garments purchased with rhinestones should also be turned inside out, washed on a gentle cycle, and hung dry.

Hello, as mentioned earlier, many of the listings are unisex sizing. However, many of the brands we carry also come in slim fit, relaxed fit, v-neck, or extra long. Please contact us to request any sizing considerations, so we can provide some options for you. Extra small and extra large options may also be available although they may not be listed.

Gift wrapping and packaging

In addition to our standard packaging, we are working on seasonal, and special occasion packaging. If you are purchasing this as a gift, and would like a gift card enclosed, or shipped to a different address, please let us know so that we can accomodate your request.

Returns and exchanges

Due to the customized nature of each item, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, any issue you have with the print OR product, please contact us immediately so that we can remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Thank you so much!
