I use the Etsy mailing address, please make sure it is correct.
• Some orders will require signature confirmation upon delivery. If the buyer is not at home when delivery is attempted, orders may need to be picked up at your local Post Office. Packages not picked up in a timely fashion will be returned by the postal service
• In the case of packages returned for non-delivery, merchandise cost only will be refunded once the package arrives back at my studio in its original condition. Shipping fees will not be refunded. If the customer prefers, the item(s) may be reshipped and the customer is responsible for the second shipping fee.

• Item must be returned within 14 DAYS after the buyer receives the item
• All items must be return in original conditions without any physical changes with all of its components, never used or installed.
• Return shipment is paid by the customer, and must also have Tracking.
• Delivery cost of returned and exchanged items is paid by buyer.

• Return payment will be made after the item is received in identical condition to that it was sent.

I package my products very carefully but occasionally damage can occur during shipment.
• If you receive a damaged package unpack it with a courier or at the post office with a mail worker. You'll need to provide clear photos of the damaged box, packaging and/or product. Please save all parts of your item plus all packaging. If the goods are damaged, immediately make a claim about the quality of delivery services. We will need it to file an insurance claim. Please contact me right away with photos of damaged items and their packaging. If packaging is discarded, this voids shipping insurance and I will be unable to issue a refund or replacement.
