I gladly make custom orders and will do my best to make it within 4 to 9 working days .
Any item that is customised in some way cannot be returned or exchanged as it is personalised to the customers request.

EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS :
I send via Royal Mail and should arrive on average within 5-15 working days . Up to 20 working days. Standard (no tracking number ) OR tracked shipping options available

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS :
Most packages will be sent via Royal Mail and should arrive between 5 - 25 working days .

RETURNING ITEMS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK – if you are returning and item from outside the UK please clearly mark the front of the parcel as ‘Returned Goods’. I am not responsible for any customs charges incurred including the Royal Mail Handling Fee.
These fees will be deducted from your refund ( from the value of the item ).

If you wish to return an item please contact me within 5 days of delivery. You must first ask permission to return the item by Etsy message, I will not accept any item sent back without my permission.
shipping & return costs are not refundable, package needs to be sent with correct compensation as the buyer will be responsible for the package until it gets delivered to me.
I do not accept returns for items without labels securely on (handbags) ,used items, custom orders, sequins bags , items on sale.
Any return will have a non refundable fee of £1-£6 depending on the item.

IF YOU ARE RETURNING ITEMS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK– any fees applied by customs upon return will be deducted from your refund ( so deducted from the value of the item)

Marking an order as a gift means that the order will not have an invoice inside the package . I do not usually add a printed invoice in the package wether you tick the box or not .
All my items are wrapped in tissue paper or paper bag with Organza ribbon . I do not provide extra gift wrapping paper .
Feel free to contact me if you wish me to add a gift box etc .. I will quote it for you .

Unfortunately I do not have the necessary tools to emboss my items so this is not an option available in my shop .

The shipping paid at checkout ( standard shipping or tracked shipping ) does not only pay for the post office shipment , it also covers packaging and wrapping for the item(s) purchased . It also includes Etsy fees that are being charged on the shipping paid for your order .

I will investigate with Royal Mail and if the delivery hasn’t been attempted within the estimated delivery Time frame stated in my policies, I will send you a refund once the claim is solved.
Please note any claim for lost or damage parcel must be made within 30 days within uk ; international 60 days from shipping day.
Items automatically returned to sender before delivery is made (incorrect address, unable to forward etc ..) will be refunded ( items costs only ) once the package is safely delivered back to me.
