Please send photos and custom details within 24 hours after placing your order – the sooner I receive them, the sooner I can start designing your item and ship it to you!

If custom details are not received within 2 days of the order being placed, the ship date will be extended by 7 days. If they are still not received after a week, the order will be cancelled

Photos can be sent either through Etsy messages or in an email to mortalfroggifts@gmail.com. If sent via email, please advise your name and order number

Yes for sure, that’s no problem at all. I work alone and won’t share photos or any personal data without your consent

Yes you can! Within 2-3 days (usually sooner) of receiving your photos/custom details I will send you a proof to see what your item will look like – please check it to make sure that you are happy with it and reply to my message as soon as possible

Your order will not be printed until I receive a response from you so make sure that you check your messages (please be aware that Etsy messages sometimes go into your email spam folder and you don't always receive notifications through the app)

Customers must ensure that their shipping address is correct on Etsy prior to purchase as I am only able to ship to the address on the customer's account. If you need to update the address you will need to cancel the order and place a new one once the address has been corrected

In addition, I am not responsible for any orders that are lost due to incorrect addresses being provided

For sure! As everything is printed to order, I can easily change the design of most of my items to meet your requirements. For example the colour, font and background can be changed within most designs. Simply send me a message and I will do my best to meet your request
