Absolutely gorgeous, handmade boots! Fables was great at communicating about the timeline, and turn around and shipping were so quick. I am side 10.5 women’s American, and I ordered size 41.5. Great fit, and something will wear for YEARS to come.

I am delighted to have purchased these genuine patent leather ankle boots. After struggling to find authentic patent leather boots in the U.S., I decided to order these. Even brands that charge over $500 often use stretch vinyl or other synthetic materials. These boots look outstanding, and I’m glad I opted for the plain leather version, similar to their Mary Jane style, instead of the crinkled leather. Of course, it ultimately comes down to personal preference. Additionally, the boots are incredibly comfortable and appear more expensive and refined than I had anticipated. I appreciate that they do not resemble duck boots, which can sometimes be the case with other square-toe boots. I typically wear a size 10 in the U.S. and purchased a size 41, which fit perfectly. I bought this for an event and am so happy it arrived quickly
