If you for any reasons have decided to cancel the order , you have to do it no later than 5 hours after purchase. Please contact me first, if you have any problems with your order. If the jewelry doesn’t fit you, please contact me as soon as possible and we will always find the solution. Refunds are processed after the item is delivered back to me in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. When you return the item, you should mark the custom form with "Returned goods" and under the column for "Value" you should write "N/A" (Non Applicable). If you don't mark this correctly, I could be charged extra by Customs. If this happens, I will have to deduct custom charges from your refund.

*We ship our products from Ukraine worldwide national airmail. Sending will have its tracking number. This way you can track its current location. Your package will be shipped within 1-4 days after cleared payment for most items. Express delivery is possible EMS Ukraine, delivery period of 5-12 days (delivery cost from $40) - On Sunday sending is impossible - Sending only after full payment and transfer of all sum into the account. ***Please double check your spelling on order details as I am not responsible for mistakes on order details supplied by the buyer such as spelling errors.

We send the order about a track – number according to which you will be able to trace the parcel. If suddenly the track number isn't visible to you (it can be a human factor), write to me, I surely learn from myself by mail about location of a parcel. I pay your attention that I can't influence delivery time because of customs inspection and bear responsibility for loss of a parcel. If for some reason you aren't happy with the order you can return it within 14 days after receiving a parcel I return money without the cost of delivery and percent of shop. ATTENTION! Till holidays delivery period can be increased because of a large number of parcels The international clients bear responsibility for any collecting, taxes and duties

Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels. The package is considered lost if in 45 days after sending it hasn't been delivered. All parcels are insured and a claim on delivery will be made by us. We can return you money without the cost of delivery or you will be able to choose other goods. If you want to buy several objects at the same time, tell me before your orders are placed as I can sometimes reduce delivery cost for you. This mirror necklace is made in the authentic Tiffany technique.

I used patina to give it a special look of antique silver.

This pendant is handmade using lead-free solder. The pendant consists of two glasses. The piece is assembled from copper foil soldered together by soldering, but I use lead-free solder instead of the standard lead-based solder used in typical stained glass. The necklace uses a leather cord, the size of which you can choose in variations.
