The Body + Soul Journal is a 12 month weekly planner and reflection journal designed to guide you through your wellness journey. Consider it an all-in-one weekly diary, reflection journal, habits tracker, exercise and meal planner, intentions and gratitude journal and much more. It's a safe space where you can take the time to express yourself, bathe in self-care and set intentions for growth at a pace which is most comfortable for you.

Its practical monthly and weekly pages allow you to also use it as your yearly planner, so you can have all the important elements of your life in one place. You can consider this planner your 'anchor', the safe space to retreat to when you most need to find a little solace.

The planner pages are undated, allowing you to start your journey at any point in the year. Equal space is given to all days of the week (so plenty of space to plan your weekends) and we intentionally didn't include daily hourly slots so you can make better use of the space.

NOTE: A well loved journal will show some signs of love and use. Scratches and marks are normal and to be expected (foiled areas are especially susceptible). Please look after your journal by being careful not to put things on top of it (hot drinks, dirty hands and anything that can scratch the surface of the journal are a no-no) and by paying attention to how you store it.

Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email confirmation from Etsy. If you have selected a tracked option, another email will follow within 24-48 hours with the tracking link. Please look out for this email and check your SPAM folder.

Here are some guidelines for the delivery of your item from dispatch:

FREE DELIVERY (DOMESTIC)
- UK - Free Delivery - Tracked Royal Mail 48 service: 3-5 working days from despatch

EXPRESS DELIVERY (DOMESTIC)
- UK - Tracked Royal Mail 24 service: 1-3 working days from despatch
- UK - DPD Next Working Day Delivery - UK Mainland only, order by 11am Monday - Thursday - 1 day delivery time (see notes below)

USA DELIVERY (FREE)
3-4 business days via FedEx
Shipped from within the USA - no tariffs, no duties and free shipping

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD (TRACKED DELIVERY)
- International orders (excluding Australia):
Royal Mail International Tracked Parcel: 7 - 14 working days

NEXT DAY DELIVERY (UK Mainland only)
Please select DPD Next Day Delivery Option at Checkout.

**Please note DPD Next Working Day Delivery option is only available for orders placed Monday - Thursday before 11am. Next Day Delivery option is only available for UK Mainland only (excluding Northern Ireland and remote areas).

**Order must be placed before 11am UK time to be dispatched on the same day.

**Orders placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am on Fridays will be dispatched on Fridays and delivered on Mondays.

**Orders placed after 11am on Fridays, and on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched on Monday mornings and will not arrive until Tuesday. Orders placed on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Returns:
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first and we will send you the relevant information for returning your item. Please ensure you package the book correctly, using cardboard book wrap so as not to damage it in transit. If the book has been damaged due to poor packaging, we will only partially refund the cost of the purchase.
