During the months we take extra precautions to avoid the candles melting during transit. We unfortunately can not offer refund or exchange of candle arrives melted. Each candle is packed with care and includes an ice pack to help keep cool!
Tip: Keep track of package when out for delivery to avoid leaving in the sun!

So glad your friend loved it! 🤍 warnings are there just as precautions and are standard rules that should be followed for all candles (I definitely don’t follow them all the time 😭 oops) and I just like to highlight them to keep everyone safe! (also by following the rules the candle will last longer!!) most important is just trim the wicks before each time it’s lit and not to leave it unattended!
