After you have gone through the checkout process and payment is confirmed, a download page will appear and you will be able to download your files.
You can also access your digital files by going to You > Purchases and Reviews and look for your order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

Due to these being digital files, I do not offer returns. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase, so, if for any reason you are not satisfied please let me know within 30 days of your purchase and I will do my best to work with you to resolve the issue.

The artwork files supplied are in RGB as these are most compatible with online printing services. If you need these in CMYK, simply send me a message after purchasing and I can create a CMYK version for you.

After you have gone through the checkout process and payment is confirmed, a download page will appear and you will be able to download your files.

You can also access your digital files by going to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews and look for your order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

Inside the text file, you will see a download link. Please, copy & paste that link into your browser and it will direct you to my Google Drive where you can download the printable files.

The reason behind this is due to Etsy having a file size limitation. Some images and sets are too big to upload to Etsy. If a listing is too big to be downloaded directly from Etsy, I will always include that fact in the product description so that you are aware that you’ll be downloading that particular listing from Google Drive. I like to be upfront with that as I know some people are hesitant about being redirected elsewhere to download their files.

Unfortunately, no. I’m always open to hearing color suggestions or what you’re interested in seeing more of, but offering custom color changes (or any other custom requests) can get out of hand quickly. Custom requests can be time consuming and would force me to have to raise prices exponentially. Not to mention, being bombarded with custom requests would prevent me from working on new artwork. If I had more time or had a team that I worked with then maybe this could be possible, but it’s just me and juggling this with all the other work I do is already very hectic.
