I have a problem with my order, what can I do?

In the rare event that you have a problem with your order, please contact us via message as soon as possible. We will be happy to help!

For my current processing times, please see individual listings. All items ordered are handcrafted and go in to a queue. Depending on how busy I am with making orders, I may be able to ship you order sooner. I offer a queue skip option if you need your order sooner. If you need an item to arrive for a particular date please get in touch and I'll do my best to help.

Thank you for choosing Peak Leather! All of my products are 100% genuine handmade leather item. Here's how you can care for them: • Please avoid getting the leather wet or to be submerged in water. If it does get wet, keep it away from light coloured clothing and allow it to dry naturally. • Keep out of direct sunlight - prolonged exposure can cause drying, cracking, and discolouration. • If needed, spot clean dirty areas with a clean, damp cloth. • From time to time you may wish to treat the leather to some good quality leather conditioner. If you would like to return an item please contact me and send the item back to me within 30 days of delivery. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: 1. Items that have been personalised (i.e. stamped with a name or initials) 2. Bespoke items that have been created or altered to a customer's requirements Unfortunately I do not offer exchanges.

The majority of my items can be personalised free of charge. To do this please enter the required initials/name/date in the personalisation section before adding the item to your cart. The letters used will 6mm tall and UPPERCASE only.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do my best to avoid using excessive packaging or unnecessary plastics in orders. If you want to send a gift order directly to the recipient and do not want the pricing to be displayed on the receipt, please mark the order as a 'gift'. A gift receipt will be included instead.
