It was a bit short so if it shrinks it all I won't be able to wear it I figure I'll get maybe five wears out of it if I'm lucky because then it will be too short and I don't dry my caps so cross your fingers. . . Other than that it was an excellent and well made and well sown hat. I should mention that usually if I don't contact the hat maker until them to make sure it's 6 and 1/2 then quite often they are too sorry for me so it's probably my own fault because I did not get a hold of her. . . My thinking is has her supposed to be six and a half inches tall so I don't know enough that I guess
