Are the designs editable?

Yes, our templates are editable with Templett. You do not need any special software. When you purchase your template(s) you will be e-mailed a link within minutes. When you click the link your template will open in a window on your computer. If you have any issues, please see the instruction PDF that will also be e-mailed to you, or feel free to send us a message!

Do I need software to edit my templates?

No, you do not need any special software to edit your templates. You will be sent a link shortly after your purchase and you can access your template in a normal web browser. Your purchased template can be accessed, edited and downloaded on your computer, tablet or mobile phone, however we recommend editing on a computer/laptop for the best experience. It is super easy to edit .... and fun too!

What am I able to edit on the template?

Most things are editable on your template, however some graphics might not be editable on all templates. Please see individual listing description for specifications on the template(s) you are purchasing. You can also try the demo via a link in the listing description before you purchase to make sure you can edit everything you would like to.

Can I change the size or orientation of the template?

Unfortunately, you cannot change the size or orientation of the template. If you are looking for a different size please contact us as we would be happy to help.

Can I add my own font?

Unfortunately, at this time you are not able to upload your own font to the design. However, we have a HUGE range of fonts available for you to use in your template and are confident you'll find something you are happy with or something that is similar if you are trying to match with a style you already have for your event.

You can print at home or at any professional online print store or local bricks and mortar print store. Please be aware that color and quality can vary depending on the quality of the print and paper/card stock printed on. For printing please download your template as a PDF. For printing at home select the option to: 'save paper' as this will print multiples of your template onto a single US Letter or A4 page (whichever you choose) and also select 'show trim marks' which will help guide you cut to perfect size at home. If you are printing at a store, when you download your template select 'bleed', as professional printers usually require this. But DO NOT select 'save paper' or 'show trim marks' as printers do not require this.

What if I change my mind, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, due to the instant nature of digital products it is not possible to return them or to receive a refund after purchase. Please be sure to read the description and give the editing a try before you buy (there is a link in the description of each editable product so that you can try it out before you buy) and contact us with any questions if you are not sure before purchase. Thank you :)

If I make a mistake can I download the template again?

Yes, you can absolutely make changes as needed and download your template again. You may even like to add individual names or details and download per guest. You are welcome to download as many times as you need. The only restriction is that you can only use the template for the single event that you purchased it for (if you have another party down the road, you'll need to purchase another or a new template) and you only have access to your template for 60 days from date of purchase.

What are the terms of use?

All our products are strictly for PERSONAL USE ONLY. They cannot be used in any way for commerical purpose or use. They cannot be resold in whole or part. All parts of the product are copyrighted and cannot be used in anyway or in any part outside of its intended use within the product you have purchased.
