I had a great experience with this shop overall. The customer service was super helpful in guiding me to choose the right size, which I really appreciated. The slippers themselves are very soft, cushioned, and incredibly comfortable—exactly what I was hoping for! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the packaging. They arrived in a basic shipping bag, which isn’t ideal for something like slippers that can easily get misshaped in transit. I think this may have happened with mine, as the right slipper feels a little off—like it got slightly crushed and now sits a bit awkwardly on my foot. It's not a dealbreaker at all, just something to note. Despite that, I still love them and can tell they’re great quality. I’ll definitely be purchasing from this shop again! 😊
