My order was marked Delivered but I didn't receive it!

Since these are letters and not packages they're typically marked as Delivered when the envelope goes through the nearest sorting facility rather than being scanned by your postman. Due to this, the tracking shows Delivered before it actually is but should arrive within 5 business days after the tracking updates to Delivered, if not please send me a message and I can assist from there! :)

I Need to Change My Address!

Etsy's Buyer & Seller Protection Program requires an order to be shipped to the address given at checkout in order to be covered under the program, so therefore I cannot change addresses after the order is placed. If you need to change the address I'll have to cancel the order and you can re-place it with the updated address!

Are these stickers Waterproof? Can I put them on my car?

YES! The only stickers in the shop that are not 100% Waterproof & UV-Safe are the stickers listed in the Clearance section.

STANDARD SHIPPING is letter mail, envelopes usually arrive within 7-10 business days but there is no guaranteed timeframe given by USPS for letters. Letter tracking updates will be visible in your Etsy account and the tracking will update to Delivered once it goes through the nearest sorting facility and usually arrives within a few business days from then.

SHIPPING UPGRADES are available at checkout for 3-5 & 1-2 business day shipping. If you need your order by a certain date I recommend upgrading the shipping so you receive full package tracking & a guaranteed delivery window!
