The way to watch weight loss is by letting the strands slip from waist to hips. (Which will naturally occur as you begin to lose weight). Received my waist beads today and OMG I LOVE THEM! First off the package came with a hand written note and little Christmas stickers was placed on it, which I thought both were a really nice personal touch! NOW THE BEADS....I love how the different color blue, silver and clear beads are arranged, along with the pop of the silver strand, makes this set absolutely gorgeous! My zodiac charm was also placed on this set (purchased separately from the same store) which makes it stand out even more! You can literally feel the quality and sturdiness of the beads, yet they are very comfy and not really visible under clothes. I absolutely love this Aquarius inspired set!
