Due to the nature of resin/ uv resin and the chemical reactions that occur during the curing process, slight imperfection (micro bubble) and slight color variations may be present. No two acrylic lanyards/ badge reels/keychains are alike since they are handmade. I do not assume responsibility for normal wear and tear of an item such as scratches, fading, shadow or failures of any hardware after 30 days (badge reels, cording, clasps, split rings etc.) Each order comes with care instructions.

When will my order ship? What is processing time?

Processing time that I need to create your order and get it ready to ship. Current processing time as of 5-18-2026 is 3- 5business days. Business days are M-F, excluding holidays.

Do you do custom orders?

I do try too always accommodate custom request. However, depending on my current load orders or holidays, I might not be able to make custom designs. Just send me a message detailing what you'd like an with as much detail as possible, with colors, glitter, beads, designs etc.

Can my lanyard be longer or shorter?

Absolutely, Just leave me a note at checkout and I'd be happy to add some more length or shorten it. Please just let me know the length. To measure you measure the center of the back of the neck to where you would like the lanyard to stop. The standard length I use is between 21-22".

Can I request different beads or tassel?

The short answer is yes! I ask that you leave a note in the personalization section or note section as to the color or change you would like to make. I try my best to accommodate request. Occasionally, colors of tassels or bead designs might me modified from the thumbnails photos, due to availability of the particular item.

Tracking on my package shows it as 'delivered' but I have not received it? What do I do?

First, please thoroughly check around your door (on the porch, in the bushes, etc.). If you have a ring camera, I recommend checking that footage (this may also help you see if you've been the victim of mail theft). If you get your mail from a postal box, your carrier may have accidentally put it in the wrong box. In this case you will need to contact your local post office to have them check it. In other cases, sometimes a package will be marked as delivered even though it actually has not. In this case, I recommend giving your package a couple more days to arrive. You can always contact your local post office and get the gps coordinates to where the package was delivered.

Do you offer interchangeable badge reel lanyards and badge reels?

Yes, If you do not see the option for fixed (glued) or Interchangeable (3m low profile interlocking velcro) in the listing, You can add a note to your order for it to be fixed or interchangeable. Having your item interchangeable is great incase the badge reel malfunctions your can just order a new badge reel. With interchangeable badge reels and badge reel lanyards, you can also buy new Toppers (acrylic only) to change the look of your item for each season. Each topper comes with one piece of low profile velcro. If you have not purchased a interchangeable badge reel from me, you also have the choice to order a charm. Charms come with slit rings so you can add them to any item you choose.
