This large Afghan pendant was handmade for the nomadic Kuchi tribe of Central Asia. It is vintage tribal-jewelry, not a new reproduction.

More measurements are given below at the end of this description.

Generously studded with lots of colorful beads, It has unusual charm-dangles hanging freely below.

Multiple large bails at top accommodate thick cords and chains. One of the bails is slightly bent, but stable and still usable (see images) - discounted price for this.

Sturdily made of mixed-metals, it does not bend. There is a warm age-patina and mild wear-patterns. Please note that patina reflects the light when photographed, so items may appear brighter in images than they really are. A few of the small beads may be missing.

To show relative size, I placed it on a 7-mm unfinished neck-cord to photograph as a necklace on a manikin. This cord is included free with purchase, although it is not intended for long-term use.
