Our standard turnaround time during the off-season is typically 1–2 weeks or less. However, during our peak season (September through October) for Halloween and holidays, our processing time is 2–4 weeks, and can extend to 5 weeks due to high order volume. Please check the individual listing for the most accurate timeline and plan ahead if ordering for a specific event.

Can I get my costume in time for Halloween?

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes! While most of our costumes and accessories ship via USPS Ground Advantage by default, we offer both USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail as upgrade options. Here is an adorable metallic grey or gun metal colored wooded woven basket for you or your child to go out trick or treating on the big night and collect all that candy. This was designed to match our wicked witch of the West from Oz costume for this year's Halloween but it can go with any witch costume!

INcludes a stuffed green organza basket liner or 'bag' with a soft stuffed pillow on the bottom, and decorated with an amazing gun metal lattice lace trim. This fabric liner goes on the inside that represents the 'witche's brew' or green ooze coming from the cauldron. The basket has sparkling jem feet with beaded handles made of wonderful wicked witch green, lime green and citron green beads and wire that match or complement the feet. Finally cauldron candy basket is lined with an iridescent sequin 'bubble' trim to complete it. Candy trick or treat basket also include a 'cauldron stir stick" decorated in lime green ribbon!

Basket does not include stuffed animal cauldron 'ingredient' buddies: Tiger snake stuffed animal, purple daddy long legs (wire beaded spider) or stuffed green toad. These buddies can be purchased separate to add ala carte to your cauldron for an adorable look!
