Which phone case to choose? Matte or Glossy?

If you prefer a more porcelain type of look - go with matte, if you want the colours to be more bright and your phone case to look more like a tile - go for glossy. If you still can't decide - message me and i'll send you pictures of phones with different finishes.

I've ordered the wrong size/ I've got the wrong size

Mistakes happen. I cannot take returns but I can order a reprint for you for an extra charge, which will cover my materials and shipping. Message me for the link to reprint payment. (Only available 1 month after you receive your order) It does not apply to mistakenly sent wrong size- if you got the wrong size, not the one in your order - I will replace it for free.

When I will get my order?

As soon as you place an order - your item is sent to production and will be made specially for you. I do not keep any stock and don't overproduce. So it will take me 2-5 days to make your item and then only the shipping gods know how long will it take to deliver, 2-5 days usually, but we had 2 weeks and once a month to Europe, but that is very uncommon.

Where are the items shipped from?

I have production partners in USA and Europe. But Not all items can be made by my European partners, so I can ship certain items like - glass cutting boards only from USA. Thus the big shipping price. Phone cases are shipped from USA, UK and Europe.
