These bracelets are strung on super strong polymer stretch cord so they stretch enough to slip easily over your hand. Most of my ladies bracelets fit a wrist that is 6 1/2 inches. Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone. Use a tape measure or if you don’t have one use a piece of string and a ruler. My men’s bracelets are usually 7 - 7 1/2 inches for average men’s size and 8 inches for a larger sized man. I like my bracelet to fit snug so it doesn’t keep slipping up and down. Just know that I am happy to add or subtract a bead or two to make sure you have a perfect fit.

Are the stones genuine?

Yes!! I hand select every bead. I only use genuine gemstones. If I use a man made stone such as opalite I will always tell you in the description. My shungite is genuine and not only do I buy from reputable sources, I test my shungite to make sure it is real.

If your bracelet breaks or the cord stretches out, don’t worry. Mother will fix it. I use excellent quality stretch cord but accidents happen and even the best cord won’t last forever. Just mail it back to me. I will restring it for you at no cost. You just pay for shipping. Send me a message and we will work out the details.

How do I know which crystal or gemstone is right for me?

There is no wrong way to find a crystal or stone that works for you. If you like the crystal and it makes you feel better, that’s the right one for you. As long as it improves your mood, helps calm and ground you, you made the right choice.

Do crystals really work?
