Refunds and Exchanges All items must be return in original conditions without any physical changes with all of its components. We do not refund payment for delivery, only the cost of the product. If you have made payment but decided to cancel the order while it was already sent to you, you will also be refunded a sum, except for the payment for delivery, as the cancellation took place due to no fault of the seller. If you received a parcel and decided to return it, please send it to the seller's address and give the seller a track number. You will get the money back after the package is returned to the seller.

If your parcel return back to me marked as "Unclaimed" "Wrong address" or "Unknown", you'll need to pay again the shipping cost in order to ship it for a second time to you. No refunds on auto-returned parcels.

A beautiful warm soft hat was crocheted from yarn, which consists of 49% wool and 51% acrylic. A good gift for your relatives or friends.
The set is designed for a head of 54-56 cm (21-22 inches), the height of the hat is 21 cm(8.3 inches) and the cuff is nearly 10 cm (3.9 inches).

Hand wash in cold water, not wring out, and lay out to dry.
