Files will be uploaded to Etsy in SVG and PNG. I can also send over an EPS or PDF file if requested! Please let me know if you need an image suitable for Cricut machines.

We would love make sure our logos will work for you. In order to make sure we are the right designer for your event, please message me BEFORE placing an order if you have extra questions!
Unfortunately, I cannot send previews of customized designs before an order has been placed since it does take time to design and customize text and images.


How to Order:
1. enter desired custom text in personalization box.
All text can be customized. Image can also be edited as well as color.

2. I will contact you if there are any special notes or requests and you want to check if they can be done. I will send a preview file in 2 days to approve design.
3. Designs will be uploaded to the Etsy platform as a ZIP file. You will be notified when files are ready for you to download. Please make sure your computer/browser is updated and has the capabilities to download these files. You can find the files under purchases and then you will see your downloads.
4. IMPORTANT! Please be advised that once the files are uploaded to the Etsy platform, it indicates final delivery of the files. No changes to text or color/image can be made after this, unless there has been a type error made by the designer. All text and images will be designed with the information provided in the personalization box as is written. Please keep an eye out for messages from me on Etsy and respond promptly so we can get your design over to you as fast as possible :)

Design time may take 2-3 days.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of this product, we do not do any returns or exchanges for this. However, I will be more than happy to answer any questions about file usage and what file is best suited for your project.

File usage: Purchased files are for personal use only and should not be re-sold or shared anywhere for profit.
