Our standard printing scale is 28mm (1:60 scale). We also offer printing in 32mm (1:52 scale), 20mm (1:76 scale), 15mm (1:100 scale), and N-Scale (1:160 scale). If you need a different scale, feel free to contact us for customization options.

Can I request customizations or personalized orders?

Yes, we offer customization in terms of size and scale. If you have specific requests or need a personalized item, please contact us directly to discuss the details.

What is your return, exchange, and refund policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your item. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive the item and confirm it is undamaged, we will issue a full refund. We also accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. While we strive to meet deadlines, it may not always be possible depending on the model’s complexity and required production time.

What materials do you use for printing?

We use advanced FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology and print with high-quality grey PLA filament, ensuring durability and detail in all our models.
