This boot is hand patinaed in deep navy blue, darker through the vamp and lighter where the leather catches more light across the toe. A split toe seam runs across the front in a raised apron style, more rugged than a dress boot but still built from a single quality hide rather than mixed materials. Black laces run through eight eyelets up to a rear pull tab, and the sole is a deep lug tread built for actual outdoor wear, not just office floors. MATERIALS AND BUILD
The upper is cut from hand-selected full-grain leather, chosen for grain consistency and natural character before any work begins. The insole is padded and shaped for all-day wear with genuine arch support, not the kind that feels supportive for an hour and collapses by afternoon. Construction follows the Goodyear welt method, which means the sole is stitched, not glued, and can be resoled multiple times over the life of the shoe. The finish is hand-burnished, applied in passes to build a patina that is multi-dimensional and unique to each pair.

SIZING
Our shoes run true to standard US dress shoe sizing. If sneakers are your everyday shoe, size down one full size from your usual size. Half sizes are available. If you have a wide foot, mention it in the personalization box or message us directly and we will guide you to the right fit before the order is placed.
Available in US 5 through US 16, including half sizes.

MADE TO ORDER
Every pair at Elegant Footwear is made after your order is confirmed. We do not hold inventory because inventory means compromise on freshness of leather, on construction attention, on finish quality. Your pair takes 10 to 14 business days to craft and ship. If you are working against a deadline such as a wedding date or an event, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
