After we finish the artwork, we will send it to you trough the Etsy app or via email for you to download.

On Etsy, there are two ways to acess your downloads:

-𝗘𝘁𝘀𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲: Go to your Etsy profile and open the Purchases and Reviews section.
-𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 (𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀): Check your email (including the spam folder) and look for an email from Etsy. It will contain the download links.

⚠️ Note: Remember to 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝘄𝗲𝗯 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀 to make it easier.

After providing the information in the personalization box (Names position and date) in the next 24 hours you will receive the following files:

- Files Format: JPG
- Files Resolution: 300ppi
- Sizes/Ratios: You will get 5 files with the following sizes and ratios (the 𝗯𝗼𝗹𝗱 numbers are the original file size)
‣ 2:3 ratio JPG (prints 𝟮𝟳𝘅𝟰𝟭𝗶𝗻, 20x30in, 16x24in, 12x18in, 8x12in)
‣ 3:4 ratio JPG (prints 𝟯𝟭𝘅𝟰𝟭𝗶𝗻, 18x24in, 15x20in, 12x16in, 9x12in)
‣ 4:5 ratio JPG (prints 𝟯𝟯𝘅𝟰𝟭𝗶𝗻, 24x30in, 16x20in, 12x15in, 8x10in)
‣ ISO A Sizes JPG (prints 𝗔𝟭, A2, A3, A4, A5)
‣ 𝟭𝟭𝘅𝟭𝟰 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀
- Note: The artwork crop will slightly vary based on the ratio selected.
