Master outfit went above and beyond in their customer service! There was an error when I submitted my order. (I did not separate the word Nana from Mary with a comma. So, my sweatshirt arrived and it had Nana Mary and only my grandson's name on the cuff of the sleeve. I was so disappointed. I contacted them and said I realize that I made a mistake, I wish someone would have contacted me to confirm my order. They not only offered to reproduce the item, but they shipped it out very quickly after creating another. I love the sweatshirt, nice quality and creatively designed. Thanks again!!! Would highly recommend Master outfit!!
