The Bella Canvas tees run longer than normal and slightly small - so I would NOT downsize.
The Comfort Colors tees and long sleeves are boxy cut and true to size.
The Gildan sweatshirts are true to size, verging on large, but there's a band at the bottom, so take that into consideration when choosing size.
