IMPORTANT: Brass is an alloy containing metals (including copper) that react with chemicals found in air and produce tarnish; high moisture levels, exposure to sunlight and contaminants such as salt water (including sweat) increase this reaction. Polishing pad included in the box will easily remove any tarnish. On rare occasions metals that include copper may leave a residue on the skin (discoloration). How we started

My first hand-stamped piece was a personalized name necklace I made for my daughter. I fell in love with the process and after many trials and errors and a lot of learning Love It Personalized was born.
We opened our store in 2013. We are a family operated business located in the Greater Seattle area in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Each item is hand crafted with great care from start to finish in our shop.

All metal tarnishes over time, some faster than others. To slow the tarnishing process store your jewelry in a dry place in closed bag. Avoid leaving your jewelry in humid areas like bathrooms and pools. Avoid contact with chemicals. Keep your jewelry away from extreme heat or sunlight. Remove your jewelry when cleaning, showering (keep it dry!!), or swimming in a pool.
Keep your jewelry clean and dry. DO NOT use liquid jewelry cleaners or submerge your piece in them as it will remove the darkening of the letters and designs
Brass and copper may may leave a residue on the skin (discoloration) for some people. This is not a defect of the product, but the metal reacting to the specific body chemistry and environmental factors.

Personalized and custom orders are non-refundable unless there is an error that was made by me. If such case I will re-make the piece immediately. Please note, I will not refund orders because of font choice.

CHAINS and Bracelet straps can be replaced ONLY if defective (broken at a clasp). Defect must be reported within 5 days receipt of the order. Please contact me in such case. Defective chains/straps must be returned for exchange.

Shipped on time. An "f" in forever didn't look very good because the bottom part of the stamp didn't work. The other "f" in a different forever looked great. Not sure what happened.
