To fill the cremation urn jewelry, simply unscrew the cover or the bail (turn counterclockwise) and use a mini funnel to fill the chamber with a tiny amount of dust. Though this piece opens with a threaded screw, we strongly advise using a non-water soluble adhesive to permanently seal the screw after filling it with the cremains or other contents. This glue reinforces the threaded screw or is able to ensure the piece of jewelry stays firmly sealed. Do not submerge or soak the piece in water or any other chemical.

The seller was really kind and communicative. They responded pretty quickly when I had a question and explained why what I originally wanted wouldn’t work with the pendant I picked. They even showed me another design that would work instead, which I really appreciated. My only issue is that filling the pendant was HARD 😭 The screw head is so tiny and the funnel hole is really small, so I definitely think you need some specialty tools to get the ashes in without making a mess. BUT wow, once it’s filled, it is beautiful. ❤️ It’s such a pretty and meaningful piece, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. Definitely recommend, especially because the seller was so helpful throughout the whole process.
