Personalised gifts are the cornerstone of our business. If you desire something not currently showcased in our Etsy shop, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We strive to respond quickly in most cases and are committed to assisting you with any request you may have!

♡ Candle Care ♡ To get the best from your candle the first burn should last at least as long as it takes to reach all the way to the edges of the container - usually 2 hours. This will prevent "tunnelling" which will limit the life of your candle. Remember to trim the wick regularly. Aim to trim to about 6-8mm before you re-light your candle. This will ensure a long lasting candle, minimize soot and remove any mushrooming of carbon on the end of the wick. Extinguish your candle by dipping the wick into the melted wax and straighten. This will stop the wick smoking. Remember the candles are hand-poured (not massed produced) therefore although every effort is made to ensure consistency, every candle will be different.

GIFT WRAP & PACKAGING

The majority of listings should offer the choice of gift wrapping along with a section for a personal message. Our gift wrapping service is available for £3.50, as detailed in our 'about us' video and on each product listing. This service includes a presentation box, high-quality paper, trendy twine, and a gift tag complete with your message as provided in the personalisation box on the product listing page.

DELIVERY TURNAROUND TIMES

All items are personalised and packed in-house, enabling us to process and dispatch your order quickly. Our typical turnaround time is 1 - 2 business days, though this may vary during peak seasons. For updates on production times, please refer to our shop announcement located at the top of our Etsy shop homepage. Please note that we do not offer a delivery upgrade service. However, feel free to reach out to us to discuss if we can accommodate your deadline. Our workshop operates Monday through Friday, and we process and dispatch orders daily. If your order isn't dispatched the same day due to high volumes, it will automatically be upgraded from Royal Mail 48 to Royal Mail 24 on the following business day.

If you find that an item doesn't meet your expectations, please reach out to us for assistance with the return process. In the event of an error on our part, we will promptly send a replacement. However, if the error is on your part, you will need to place a new order. Feel free to message us with any inquiries or concerns you may have. We're here to help!
