How do I download the files I purchased?

IMPORTANT: ETSY App does not allow download of digital items. Please use your web browser on desktop or mobile (Safari, Chrome, Edge, etc.) Once you are in a web browser, proceed with the following: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2. Go to "Purchases and reviews." 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order (click small black cloud with white arrow icon). 4. You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item.

Are digital items refundable?

No, all digital/downloaded items are non-refundable. But I understand that sometimes our expectations are not met. Please contact me if there are any issues with the files and we will solve it together!

Where do I print my digital download?

You can print them at your home on your personal printer, Staples, Office Depot, UPS store, Kinko's, or anyother business that has printing services.

Can I resell your products?

No, please do not resell my products. I do not have a PLR License (Private Label Rights)
