Damage Item on Delivery

Send us a message with a photo of the damage, the packaging, and the label, with the name and address clearly visible, so we can assess the issue and escalate it to the carrier or the printing team. After we review the details, we will provide a resolution, which may include a free replacement, a refund, or another solution we agree upon. All damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Because our prints and frames are made to order, we cannot accept returns for unwanted items. Please ensure you're certain about your purchase before ordering, as we won't be able to provide a refund or accept a return if you decide you no longer want it. Refunds are provided for printing errors, quality issues, or other rare situations. Refunds are not available for carrier-related problems, such as delayed items. However, a free replacement will be offered depending on the situation.

Delayed deliveries or arrived after shown timeframe

Unfortunately, we can't control the couriers once the item is in their hands. Shipping and customs delays do happen, and we are unable to issue refunds unless your item has been declared lost by the carrier, at which point you will receive a resolution. Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates based on past deliveries; they are not guaranteed. Timeframes can vary depending on the time of year, public holidays, or other uncontrollable factors. Refunds cannot be issued for this; however, a resolution may be offered depending on the case.

Quality issues & colour difference

We strive for the best service possible; however, every now and then, errors might slip through, and I apologize for this. Send us a message with the details and photos of the issue, and you can choose either a free replacement or a refund. Please note that the colors of the finished products may look slightly different from what you see on screen, as they vary depending on the device used to view them. This does not qualify for a return or a refund.

Incomplete or incorrect address

Please check your address or the recipient's address. We can't offer free replacements if you entered the wrong address on your order. For an incomplete address, kindly contact your local carrier to update your address with them, or collect it from your post office yourself. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if you didn't pick it up within the allotted time, we can resend it to the correct address. Still, you will be responsible for the reprint and any additional shipping fees. We cannot issue a refund or free replacements if the wrong address was used when you ordered or if you didn't pick up your order from your local courier within the allotted time.

Cancellations are usually possible until the order has been shipped. Please be aware that this might not always be possible if the order has already been sent to the printing queue, even though it was not marked as shipped.

Custom and personalized orders

Etsy's estimated delivery date does not and cannot account for shipping carrier delays during December. This applies to every shop, not just mine. Orders placed after Dec 7 may or may not arrive before Christmas. Order only if you are flexible with items arriving possibly after Christmas. We do not ship replacements while an order is in transit, as it causes additional hassle and costs, as most customers.

During peak times, such as the holiday season, order processing times may vary. Please refer to the estimated delivery and dispatch dates shown at the time of purchase, as these provide the most accurate ETA. Note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during busy periods, so kindly allow a few extra days beyond the estimated date before reaching out to us.
