Custom and personalized orders

Many of our items can be personalized, if you see something you would like personalized but don't see the option. Please message me, I may be able to do it for free or additional cost depending on the personation needed.

All 3D printed objects are to be hand washed only and are NOT dishwasher safe. Please only wash with COLD water since hot waster can ruin mold. Towel dry immediately after washing. Please do not soak molds in water as they can retain water. If using these for bath bombs, it would cause them to activate your bombs. Also, soaking molds can cause layers to weaken and the mold to become fragile.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We don't offer Gift Wrapping at this time but we will in the future. I will have gift bags available that you can buy with your order. My goal is to have them available before the end of April.

How is my item shipped?

All items with free shipping are shipped with insurance and lowest shipping method possible.

What if my item received was damaged?

Please contact me if this is the case. Customer service is essential to my business so I will contact USPS and file a claim. I will need as many pictures as possible of damaged box, and damaged item. Please do not throw away item. There is a small possibility that USPS will want you to go to post office so they can inspect damaged item. Once all that has been started, I will send you a new replacement of what you ordered.

What if it says delivered but I do not have it?

This will be a little more tricky to deal with. Unfortunately most cases this will leave to a dead end and USPS will not refund. Wait 48 hours after you have received a deliver notice, then contact me. I will do all my steps possible and contact USPS for you. There is a possibility that you wont get a new item if USPS determines this was delivered to your address. At this point it will be out of my hands since we are not responsible for stolen items or shipping once it leaves our shipping department. Please file a police report if you thing the item was stolen.

Once you have messaged me and we established if your item is eligible for return. You must pay for shipping for item to be returned. Any object returned without return approval will have to pay for object to be shipped back to your home within 90 days, after that object will be thrown away. Once you ship object back, it must be in perfect condition in order to receive refund. Money returned to you will be item cost, minus 24% of total cost, and a $0.45 restocking fee.
