How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Scandinavia: Typically 2-4 business days. Europe countries: 3-10 days is the average, delays up to 3 weeks occurs. Non EU european countries: U.S. and Asia: 10-20 days on average, but delays of up to 1 month can occur. If you're ordering for a special occasion, please plan ahead, especially during busy seasons like Christmas. Delays are expected in December, and I’m not responsible for late deliveries if you order last-minute.Delivery times vary depending on where you’re located. Express delivery takes as long as any other option since custom is what takes time. I therefore do not offer it.

If you didn’t choose tracked shipping, I unfortunately have no way of knowing where your package is once it leaves my hands. This is to keep prices lower for you. For questions refer to your local postage office. That said, here are a few things to keep in mind: Delivery times vary. Unexpected delays happen. Postal strikes, customs backlogs, holidays, and even storms can slow things down. Do I have to pay customs, VAT, or import fees when my order arrives?

Customers in the EU, US, UK, and Norway will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. VAT or duties are already handled through Etsy. For customers outside these regions (Latin America, Middle East, Asia, Africa), import rules differ from country to country. Small packages often pass without fees, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Can I cancel my order?

You have 1 hour after placing your order to cancel or make changes. This gives you time to read the post-order message (which includes all the important details about shipping times) and decide if you’d like to proceed. After 1 hour, cancellations are no longer possible as I begin preparing and packing your order to ensure fast processing times. However, you can always return the item for a full refund: Shipping costs for the return are paid by the customer. Any loss in value (e.g., damaged or missing items) will be deducted from your refund.

How many beads are in a bag?

I sell my beads based on weight, not quantity. The number of beads in a bag varies depending on their size—a bag with smaller beads will have more pieces, while a bag with larger beads will have fewer. What makes my bags special is that they’re mystery bags, meaning every bag is unique! The mix you receive will always be carefully curated, but part of the fun is the surprise of what you’ll get.

How many ounces is [20g/40g/85g/100g]?

For my international customers who use ounces, here’s a quick conversion: 20g: ~0.7 oz 40g: ~1.4 oz 85g: ~3 oz 100g: ~3.5 oz I hope this helps when deciding which size works best for you! 😊

Do you offer tracking?

Yes! To keep shipping affordable the "regular" choice does not include tracking. If you’d like peace of mind, you can upgrade to tracked shipping during checkout.
