Custom and personalized orders

Please message me to enquire about custom orders as I do like a challenge! I have access to thousands of prints and enjoy hunting for the perfect design. Unfortunately I am unable to offer personalisation.

Sizing is listed in the item description. If you need help please message me for advice. Special sizes can be ordered as a custom order.

Care instructions will be provided with each item. As a general rule everything I make is labelled as hand wash in cool water and either hang or lay flat to dry.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders come gift wrapped as standard. If you would like to include a gift message please add this to the area specified on the order form.

Hospital Team Surgical Scrub Hats.

I have already supplied several hospitals with team scrub hats. Please message to enquire about this service.

For US orders shipped with USPS and European orders shipped with Landmark Global packages can be tracked at: https://www.transglobalexpress.co.uk/track-shipment/ whilst showing as Pre-Transit on Etsy. This is a highly detailed API system which shows each individual movement of shipments in transit.

Print Batches and Fabric Lots.

Please note that no bolt of fabric or print batch is exactly the same. This is due to variables created by using natural fibres and the use of multiple machines during the weaving and printing process. It's like purchasing knitting yarn from the same dye lot for a sweater or custom mixed paint, quality wallpaper or tiles!
