This dress is made onto a purple crochet top. Please measure for fit, as no returns are accepted. Dress is made from tulle, which is color coordinated with perfect peacock colors! Your dress will come with the flower/feather embellishment made onto a clip so it can be worn with or without it.

When ordering, please provide measurement from under the arm to the knee.

Beautifully crafted peacock tutu for my daughter's halloween costume. She just loves it! We got ours without the dress top, so just the skirt. The seller was very good about responding to questions and making special requests.
