How do I access my downloads?

Your purchased files are available automatically once payment has cleared at http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. If you checked out as a guest, you'll receive an automated email from Etsy containing your download links. Please check your spam/junk folder if you can't find this email - and please send me a message if you're still unable to locate it. Please note that the Etsy app on your mobile or tablet devices does not allow download functionality. You can still download your files to your device, by opening up your Etsy account in your device's internet BROWSER and navigating to You > Purchases and Reviews.

What is Box, and why am I directed there?

Because Etsy only allows 5 download files per listing, and my collections include dozens of files, Box is the cloud storage service I use to store the files you purchased. It's similar to Dropbox. You do NOT need a Box account or the Box app to access the files. You should see yellow folders. Click on the one you need and you'll find the individual files for download. Or you may download whole folders, which will come zipped and need to be unzipped on a computer. NOTE: Do not try to print the files from Box. You need to download the files to your computer or device first, and then open and print them from Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you have any problems accessing or downloading your files, please message me and I'm happy to help you.

Can I request personalization or prints in a different size?

Sure. Just message me about what you'd like and I'll see what I can do.
